    • flax seeds
    • olive oil onion
    • celery finely chopped
    • garlic crushed
    • fresh rosemary leaves picked and finely chopped
    • chestnuts crumbled or chopped
    • ground almonds
    • mustard powder
    • GF breadcrumbs
    • dried cranberries
    • dried oregano
    • nutritional yeast optional
    • Salt and pepper to taste



    Cooking Pre-heat the oven to 180°C(fan)/200°C/ gas mark 6.

    Heat for 10/20 minutes 

    Make sure Nut-roast is wrapped up in foil 


    keep in fridge use with 3 days of purchase 

    Can be reheated twice 

    Or slice up loaf and can be placed in freezer up to 6 months
