Wellness with Lesley Lesley Wills
Nutritional Advisor/ Wellness Coach.
Having a successful personal training business spanning well over 20years has lead me to this moment. My early background is in functional movement and nutrition. I have a love for health & wellbeing which has aloud me to work with some amazing individuals wanting to return to this balanced state.
From chronic conditions including skin issues, gut related problems, thyroid, diabetes, and also the state of cancer, and then on a lighter note great success in the area of weight loss, fertility and into full term pregnancy including birth and the wellness of the baby. I work with an holistic approach using the mind, body, and spirit which also includes Ayurveda. May we all experience the best health in this lifetime.

Cancer touches more lives than you may think. According to the World Health Organisation, one out of three women alive today, and one out of two men, will face a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime.

Understanding why people have the deepening signs of cancer and what to put into place to prevent cancer becoming a problem is about knowledge. This workshop is a must for anyone who is touched by cancer whether personally of indirectly. We will look at the why and what you can do to help keep the body in balance.
